It all began as a joke by some river, years ago. Followed by long conversations on mild, sustainable, touristic development in Bavaria. Yet, hospitality is not a joke. A while later, came the fermentation of environmental zest, infrastructure and experiences of hospitality at Innsbruck of the Austrian Alps. The die had been cast. It was inevitable for the wanderer Nikolaos Tsiagkas to settle on a mountain region, commit himself to hospitality and create the first house & bar in Evritania.
